Helping women breathe a little easier has always been at the heart of what I do
I’ve had a few job titles over the years, but the vibe has always been the same.
Nannying meant school pick ups, packed lunches, and keeping everything running so mums could actually show up at work without the wheels falling off.
VA life meant holding things together behind the scenes. Inboxes, launch plans, spreadsheets. Giving women the breathing room they needed.
Now I’m firmly in my repurposing partner era.
Helping women feel supported, properly supported.
Making sure their ideas don’t rot in Google Drive.
Making sure what they’ve already said, built, and lived actually gets seen.
And reminding the world just how bloomin’ incredible they are.
IN A WORLD OBSESSED WITH DOING MORE, LET ME SHOW YOU HOW MUCH YOU’VE already SAID THAT DESERVES MORE AIRTIME.
The women I work with are capable as f*ck and already doing incredible work.
But their content….
It’s squeezed in between school runs, client calls, voice notes, life admin, and the 9pm “I’ll just finish this quickly” window.
They’ve got ideas for daysssss.
They just don’t have the white space to get them out into the world.
This isn’t a talent issue (obvs).
It’s a capacity one.
And that’s the bit I’m going to change for you.
I started noticing the same thing again and again when I was working closely with women in business, and it was killing me..
They’d run a workshop.
Record a masterclass.
Say something so juicy on a call or in a voice note.
Then literally never touch it again…
Moving straight on to the next thing (because there was always something louder screaming for their attention)
So content became this constant feeling of starting again, even though the best ideas were already there - stuck in a replay called “masterclass replay v2” instead of out in the world.
This is content support that covers everything, not just posts.
Sometimes that looks like repurposing a masterclass.
Sometimes it’s shaping a landing page.
Sometimes it’s me listening to one of you voice notes and going “YES why am I not seeing this on your feed?!" and creating the post for you.
Yes, you might love me because i’ve got a cute cat But I’m also pretty f*cking good at repurposing your content in a way that sounds like you and get’s you into the rooms you actually want to be in. a

I don’t just think about content. I think about you, your energy, and what’s right for this season of your business. I’ll be honest when something needs simplifying, slowing down, or rethinking altogether.

I love being your thinking partner. The one you can talk things through with, brain dump to, and say the half-formed thing out loud without having to make it make sense yet.
You’re usually too close to your own brilliance to see it clearly. My job is to help you get to the heart of what you’re trying to say and focus on what will actually make an impact, not just create content for the sake of it.
You’re past posting just to keep up. You want your work out there properly, sounding like you and doing its job.
